Starting prices shown on this site are estimates, not binding quotes. Final pricing depends on property size, condition, and scope of work, and will be confirmed with you before any work begins.

Scheduling and Cancellation

Service appointments are scheduled by phone or through the contact form. We ask for as much advance notice as possible for cancellations or rescheduling, particularly for weather-dependent services like snow removal.

Limitation of Liability

Five Valleys Property Services carries liability insurance for the work we perform. We are not liable for pre-existing property damage or conditions unrelated to the service performed.
